In this role, you will: Lead structured virtual sessions centred on career direction and leadership capability Utilise mentoring and facilitation experience to guide professionals navigating career transitions Engage with qualified individuals via digital platforms such as LinkedIn and Zoom Contribute to leadership development conversations and online engagement activities Operate independently within defined systems, frameworks, and compliance standards This role combines professional independence with a structured consulting framework. This role is well suited to experienced professionals seeking to apply their existing skillset in a new, flexible professional context. Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in education, instructional leadership, curriculum implementation, or academic administration
  • Strong communication and one to one and group facilitation capability
  • Experience mentoring adults or supporting professional development initiatives
  • Confidence using remote collaboration tools and digital platforms
  • High levels of accountability, organisation, and self-direction
  • Applicants must have legal authorization to work in the United States or Canada
