About The Position

The Leadership Development Associate position at Brooksby Village is a one-year individualized program focused on functional and leadership training. This role involves structured learning, special projects, and professional assessments, with temporary placements across various departments. The associate will be responsible for meeting learning objectives, gaining leadership experience, and contributing business value during each rotation.

Requirements

• Previous work experience or academic leadership experience required; education may be considered in lieu of experience.
• Experience with seniors, health care, and/or service delivery.
• Demonstrated breadth of leadership activities while in school with a record of individual and team successes.
• Willingness to be flexible with assignments, travel, and relocate.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute established learning objectives for each business-line rotation with guidance from the Human Resources Director or Department leader.
• Complete all assigned structured learning, including on-the-job training and follow-up activities.
• Assume effective program and project leadership roles in each business rotation.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence related to business activities during each rotation.
• Collaborate with the OA Program Coordinator to create an individual career path for professional growth within the organization after program completion.
• Attend quarterly peer team calls conducted by Senior HR Managers.
