About The Position
Skillbridge Academy is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Leadership Development Associate to support the design, coordination, and delivery of leadership development initiatives. The Leadership Development Associate will work closely with senior leadership and program managers to ensure high-quality execution of leadership programs while contributing to curriculum development, participant engagement, and performance tracking.

- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, mentors, and participants
- Maintain accurate program documentation and scheduling
- Contribute to continuous improvement of leadership initiatives and internal processes
