About The Position
The Leadership Development Associate position in Health Information Management (HIM LEAD) at Medical City Dallas is designed to prepare individuals for leadership roles within the Parallon Health Information Service Center. The program combines classroom and field training to enhance management and technical skills, focusing on all aspects of the hospital HIM department, HIM operations, and HIPAA compliance. Associates will gain hands-on experience in various specialized areas of the HIM department, working closely with hospital leadership and staff.
