About The Position
The Leadership Development Program - Health Information Management (HIM LEAD) is designed to prepare participants for leadership roles within the Parallon Health Information Service Center (HSC). The program combines classroom and field training to enhance management and technical skills, focusing on the operations of the hospital HIM department and ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. Participants will gain hands-on experience in various specialized areas of HIM operations, working closely with hospital leadership and staff.
