About The Position
The Department of Children and Families' Workforce Learning and Development Team within the Office of Quality and Innovation seeks an energetic, highly organized, critical thinker with background and experience in training and leadership to serve as a Leadership Development and Training Specialist. This position is responsible for the planning, coordination, delivery of leadership and professional development training programs and academies across the state. This role supports both in-person and virtual training offerings and ensures high-quality learning experiences for all participants. This position requires travel throughout the state.
