About The Position
The Department of Children and Families' Workforce Learning and Development Team within the Office of Quality and Innovation seeks an energetic, highly organized, critical thinker with background and experience in training and leadership to serve as a Leadership Development and Training Consultant. This position is responsible for the planning, coordination, delivery of leadership and professional development training programs and academies across the state, Master Learning and Development Plan, Best Practices for Leaders, as well as leads efforts for Career Ladder activities. This position requires travel throughout the state. This position is anticipated to be in Tallahassee, FL. This is an in-office position. Remote work is not available for this position.
