Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
  • Prior leadership experience preferred.
  • Ability to compile and analyze reports.
  • Proficient in composing policies and procedures.
  • Skilled in composing letters and memoranda.
  • Experience coordinating meetings.
  • Ability to interview and phone screen candidates.
  • Proven written and editing skills.
  • Research skills for gathering information.
  • Proficient in using computerized spreadsheets for analysis.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Public speaking ability.
