The Leadership Consultant is responsible for facilitating and maintaining Holt's Values Based Leadership(TM) curriculum. This role is responsible for refining material, promoting, and protecting our Values Based Leadership culture. This is conducted through training classes, introductory coaching, and providing facilitation services when necessary (conflict resolution, focus groups, decision focus, etc.) and providing introductory-level coaching services. The incumbent in this position is expected to model the following practices daily: 1) Demonstrate alignment with the company's mission and core business values; 2) Collaborate with key internal/external resources; 3) Participate in ongoing self-development.
