An Enterprise client is seeking an experienced and certified Leadership Coach to partner with their Human Resources team on a strategic executive assessment initiative. This project-based engagement focuses on supporting approximately 12–13 senior leaders (VP level and above) through the administration, interpretation, and debrief of the Leadership Versatility Index (LVI) . The goal of this initiative is to provide senior leadership with deep insights into their management styles and help them establish high-impact development goals within a mission-driven, remote-first nonprofit environment.
