Business Insider is hiring a Leadership and Workplace correspondent to cover leadership strategies, career advancement, and evolving work culture. We’re seeking a seasoned reporter who can drive agenda-setting coverage of the leaders, workers, and strategies behind many of America’s biggest companies. Our team is passionate about workplace trends, from RTO and DEI policy changes to how AI is transforming people’s work. We aim to tell people what is happening and why it matters. This correspondent will cover management moves, stumbles, and strategies, and deliver sharp analysis and scoops of insight on the biggest leadership stories in business. We’re looking for someone who could authoritatively analyze leadership choices, decisions, and strategies. This person should be excited to become a go-to expert across the newsroom for a leadership angle on the day's big story, thanks to their coverage of critical career and workplace issues. They should also embrace collaboration with reporters on different sections who are covering industries as varied as Big Tech and Hollywood to content creators and the gig economy. This position is based in our New York City HQ and is union-eligible.
