Requirements

Previous supervisory experience in the food service, retail, or hospitality industry is preferred.
Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to build positive relationships with both customers and team members.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
Ability to work various shifts in a 7/365 team-oriented environment, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Excellent customer service skills and an ability to communicate effectively, in English.
Strong self-motivation, leadership, and organizational skills.
Positive interpersonal skills.
Self-starter able to prioritize and handle various tasks simultaneously.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and unexpected situations.
Proficiency required in reading, writing, and mathematics, in English.
Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs. and perform essential job functions such as standing, bending, reaching, gripping, climbing on a ladder and walking long distances.
Standing for long periods of time and the ability to work in an environment with varying temperatures.
