About The Position

Vascor is offering you the opportunity to join our team where you will become an asset to the service we deliver to our customers every day. As Yard Lead you will be the driving force in managing the yard activities, ensuring that the requirements of the Yard Management team as well as our customer requirements are met. This position is located within minutes of Grosse Pointe, MI. Hours: 2nd shift 6:00 pm -2:30 am. Shift premium added to base rate while working 2nd shift. What does Vascor have to offer? Know how to use equipment (scanners/computer/etc.) and train team. Fill out necessary paperwork on a daily basis. Know, understand, and use Quality Management System and train team. Manage a staff of 12 employees. Very fast paced environment. Accurate arrival of inbound vehicles. Essential Skills and Experience: High school diploma or GED. Valid Driver's License required with a clean driving record Read and comprehend written word Write Perform calculations Good Communication skills Reason and analyze
