About The Position
The position involves leading and overseeing aftermarket operations to meet or exceed business objectives. The role requires adherence to company policies and procedures, including IATF, ISO, ISMS, and safety-related policies. The individual will ensure process achievements and promote customer focus throughout the organization, while also leading AFM associates and providing feedback to managers for evaluations. Responsibilities include coordinating physical inventory of AFM products, understanding SAP processes, assisting in establishing effective operating procedures, and maintaining documentation according to specified procedures. The role also involves training departmental personnel and reporting relevant information to management.
