Job Summary: Leads the planning and coordination of special projects in support of the organization's strategic plan on a per project basis. Works collaboratively with internal and external resources, as directed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required

Responsibilities

  • Directs projects with responsibility to oversee execution of initiatives from start to finish.
  • Leads with an operational focus, overseeing planning, staffing, budgeting, managing expense priorities, and recommending and implementing changes to methods.
  • Acts as advisor to senior management on the development of overall policy and long-term goals of the program.
  • Provides program evaluation results to the administrative staff for assessment.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
