Your Impact The ASP Sales and Operations team—affectionately known as Team GSD (“Get Stuff Done”)—is a dynamic group of passionate, creative, and results-driven professionals dedicated to business planning, field enablement, strategy execution, and overall sales operations. We take ownership of initiatives from ideation through execution, consistently delivering impactful results. By fostering strong relationships and aligning efforts across Geos, Theaters, Segments, and Architectures. We drive excellence, consistency, and simplicity with a focus on reducing administrative overhead for our sales teams and accelerating Cisco's growth. Team members collaborate closely with global, AMERICAS, and ASP sales teams, leaders, and peers, while also building strong partnerships with key organizations such as Finance, CX, and other S&P groups. Lead a high-performing team of Field Business Advisors (FBAs) to ensure effective sales support and operational excellence across the Americas Service Provider (ASP) organization. Guide stakeholders through New-Year and Mid-Year Readiness processes to ensure seamless transitions, goal sheet submissions, and alignment with business objectives. Serve as the ASP expert on sales compensation by understanding ASP-specific compensation plans, SPIFFs, and bonus structures to optimize motivation and rewards for our sales teams. Organize and manage the Sales Recognition Program (SRP) to celebrate achievements and foster a culture of excellence. Drive the Unified Customer Definition project to create clarity and consistency in customer engagement, ultimately supporting strategic growth and sales success.
