RH is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented global Leave of Absence (LOA) Program Leader to oversee and manage all aspects of our company's leave of absence programs. The LOA Program Leader will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and compliant administration of various team member leave programs, including but not limited to Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), disability, and paid family leave. This role requires a strong understanding of federal, state, and local leave laws, a commitment to providing excellent team member service, and the ability to work cross-functionally with People team, legal, and leadership teams.
