Position Summary: We are actively seeking an accomplished professional for the position of Leader of Operational Learning and Development. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in managing all aspects of operational learning, overseeing a team of learning professionals, and shaping the learning culture across each line of business at Triumph. You will report directly to the SVP, Leader of Learning, Engagement, and Performance, and will be responsible for the comprehensive management of operational learning initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and driving continuous improvement.
