If you’re a recent graduate, about to graduate, or within one year post-graduation, our Leader in Training (LIT) Program is designed specifically for you. The Leader in Training role is a one-year rotational development program built to prepare young professionals for long-term leadership careers. You’ll gain real-world experience across every major area of the business, with coaching, clear goals, and measurable progress each quarter. By the end of the program, our goal is to place you into a full-time leadership or professional role that fits your strengths. Hands-On Operations Experience Work alongside frontline teams in janitorial, landscaping, and specialty services Tasks include cleaning, floor care, trash removal, mowing, mulching, pruning, planting, pressure washing, painting, and construction clean-up Learn to safely operate professional equipment used in daily operations Schedule employees and manage crews Review timesheets, track jobs, and support daily operations Conduct quality and safety audits HR: Interviewing, onboarding, offer letters, background checks, coaching conversations Sales: Prospecting, cold calling, proposals, quotes, and presentations Accounting: Budget basics, accounts receivable/payable exposure Recruiting & Engagement: Job fairs, community partnerships, retention strategies

Requirements

  • Recent college graduate (up to 1 year post-graduation) or graduating soon
  • Ability to commit to a full one-year program (June–May)
  • Willingness to work in a highly physical indoor/outdoor environment
  • Flexible schedule, including occasional evenings and weekends
  • Strong people and leadership potential
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
  • Safety-minded and coachable
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
