About The Position

The Visual Merchandiser is responsible for enhancing the shopping experience by managing the visual presentation and shopability of the store. This role involves collaborating with store leadership to implement visual strategies that align with the company's standards, ensuring timely installation of displays, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Requirements

• Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
• Six months to one year of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely installation and removal of window presentations and store promotion events.
• Partner with store leadership to plan store layouts and creative design flow of merchandise.
• Communicate consistently with the leadership team to improve business operations.
• Educate Buckle leadership on the reasons driving visual strategies.
• Display urgency in getting new products to the sales floor.
• Assist Guests and Teammates as needed.
• Utilize the Sales Presentation, Register, and iPad to assist Guests.
• Work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Report policy violations and concerns to management in a timely manner.
• Adhere to Buckle's Code of Ethics and company policies.
• Contribute to a positive team spirit while fulfilling the mission statement.
