About The Position

The Leader in Me (LIM) Coach and Consultant will partner with school stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of the LIM program, achieving high-leverage results aligned with district and school goals. This role focuses on building strong relationships with existing LIM schools through virtual and onsite coaching sessions, workshops, and ongoing support, ultimately guiding schools towards achieving 'Lighthouse' results.

Requirements

• 8+ years in K-12 Education
• Experience as a building Principal and/or District Level Administrator

Responsibilities

• Steward quality and engagement of LIM implementation to ensure alignment with school improvement or district strategic plans.
• Deliver virtual and onsite coaching sessions, including understanding school history and planning the day's focus.
• Provide follow-up communication and resources through the Leader in Me Online platform.
• Stay current with educational trends and technology to effectively support schools.
• Engage with Principals and Lighthouse Coordinators through Community Learning Days.
• Facilitate relationships with schools and district leaders to explain the LIM process and support retention efforts.
• Collaborate with a regional team to communicate the value of the LIM process to prospective schools.
• Deliver virtual and onsite workshops to schools throughout North America, primarily in summer.
