Lead

The Maintenance Department Lead is responsible for facilitating the maintenance and performance of all primary, secondary, and support assets across the company. This role ensures the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of our fleet and facility assets. Working closely under the direction of the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Lead provides leadership and direction to the maintenance team, primarily during the swing shift, while also supporting day shift operations as needed. The Maintenance Department serves multiple geographic locations and business units, with personnel typically based out of one primary site.
