About The Position

We are seeking an effective and motivated Team Lead with a proven ability to drive performance and ensure operational goals are met. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, delegating tasks, monitoring progress, and coaching team members to achieve both individual and team objectives. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, problem-solver, and leader who fosters accountability, collaboration, and a positive work environment.

Requirements

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to listen, understand, and follow directions effectively.
• Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Ability to learn and utilize ERP systems and other database software.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
