About The Position

Are you passionate about making a positive impact on children's lives? We are looking for a  dedicated Lead to support daily swim school operations. This position offers a unique opportunity  for individuals passionate about making a positive impact on children’s lives while growing within  the company. As a Lead, you will assist the management team in ensuring smooth daily operations,  delivering exceptional customer experiences, maintaining safety and cleanliness standards, and  fostering community engagement. You will also support team development, local marketing efforts,  and administrative tasks. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while being agile and taking initiative
  • Comfortable working in and around water, with children and parents.
  • Must be able to lift 30 lbs. and be on your feet for long periods
  • CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications are required within 90 days of hire (we provide)

Nice To Haves

  • Lifeguard certification is preferred
  • Prior swim experience is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Operations Support: Assist in instructing, deck management and front desk duties to  ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Facilities: Assist in the opening and closing of the facility and ensure proper processes and  procedures are completed in the interior, exterior, pool and pump room to ensure cleanliness, safety and operational standards.
  • Safety: Promote and uphold a safety-focused culture for our team, students, and parents  by consistently executing the quality assurance and brand standards and responding  accordingly.
  • Administrative: Manage inventory, track attendance, and prepare reports as needed.
  • Retention-Focused: Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that encourages teamwork and mutual respect.
  • Onboarding and Training: Assist with onboarding and training new staff members, acting  as a role model for professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Customer Experience: Deliver a world-class customer experience by addressing customer  inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Customer Retention: Support retention efforts by following established processes and  leveraging feedback to improve customer engagement and product.
  • Customer Engagement: Proactively engage with parents to share updates on their child’s  progress and promote positive relationships.
  • Customer Follow-Up: Assist with customer requests effectively and promptly, as well as  feedback from social platforms.
  • Local Marketing: Assist in local marketing initiatives to promote programs and increase  community involvement.
  • Social Media: Assist with creating and managing social media platforms to engage with  customers and drive interest in the swim school.
