As a Lead at Wingstop, you serve as the link between the crew and management, responsible for maintaining high energy, ensuring efficient order processing, and keeping the team focused. This role involves guiding Guest Service Experts and supporting Flavor Experts in the kitchen, setting the pace and leading by example.
Requirements

- Leadership or supervisory experience
Responsibilities
- Take charge during shifts to ensure smooth operations and a great guest experience
- Support training efforts by coaching new team members and reinforcing standards
- Jump in wherever needed, from the front counter to the kitchen, to keep things running
- Monitor quality, speed, and service to make sure every order meets Wingstop standards
- Help manage inventory, cleanliness, and shift flow
- Communicate with management and keep the crew motivated and on track
- Set the tone with a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a focus on teamwork
