Assist Supervisor with department set-up and daily operations. Ensure compliance with USDA, production, and HACCP requirements. Monitor shoulder cuts, debone mechanical issues, and meat supply. Make staffing decisions based on product flow, mix, and attendance. Relieve line personnel as needed and fill in for absenteeism. Perform wash down during breaks and maintain general housekeeping. Serve as Supervisor backup during their absence. The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
