Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in responsive design, visual design or related field
  • 7+ years of experience with responsive design and related best practices as well as with designing enterprise web applications
  • 7+ years experience creating UX deliverables such as wireframes, user flows, user journeys, sitemaps, personas, high fidelity designs, Figma prototypes, etc.
  • Highly competent using Figma, Miro, Microsoft office software

Responsibilities

  • Connect key groups of people, Research, Experience, Business teams to deliver the work and socialize it
  • Develop scenarios, navigation models and prototypes for demonstration of concept
  • Create detailed UI designs with accessibility in mind and collaborate with engineers to bring it to life
  • Give feedback on other associate's designs and deliverables across the business
  • Partner and collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams throughout all stages of the user-centered design process including documentation of user types, scenarios and tasks, conceptual models and process flows, wireframes and mock-ups and other related design artifacts
  • Engage with internal and external customers, reflecting OCLC values
  • Collaborate with UX Research on research plan, stakeholder interviews, user interviews and capable of running ad-hoc user research as required
  • Facilitate design thinking and ideation sessions
