Requirements

• 5-8 years of relevant Windows administration experience.
• CompTIA A+, MCSE, or equivalent certification.
• Expert knowledge of Windows workstation imaging, deployment, and patch management.
• Strong understanding of Active Directory design and security.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
• Experience with MECM, Intune, and enterprise-level system support.

Responsibilities

• Lead patch management, testing, and deployment.
• Oversee encryption and security compliance.
• Leverage automation tools (PowerShell, Ansible, SCCM, Intune) for workflow optimization.
• Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, and system administration.
• Ensure compliance with security best practices, backup/recovery, and encryption systems.
• Support M365 and Azure reporting and management.
