Requirements

• 4+ years of related experience or training.
• Proficiency with measuring, diagramming, and installing glass.
• Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
• A college degree is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Complete window fabrication and installation services for clients.
• Install windows, doors, storefronts, glass railings, custom shower enclosures, specialty glass, and mirrors.
• Maintain professionalism and ensure clean, safe company vehicles and job sites.
• Follow up with customers after job completion to ensure satisfaction.
• Train and develop technician assistants, providing detailed instructions based on their abilities.
• Stay organized by tracking assigned company assets and communicating material shortages and change orders.
• Assist in the warehouse with product checks and customer pick-up repairs and replacements.
