Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in home services (pressure washing, window cleaning, solar/roof cleaning services, etc.)
Strong leadership and communication skills
A self-starter with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
Comfortable working outdoors and in various weather conditions
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor

Responsibilities

Lead a small crew on soft wash and power washing projects
Ensure all work is performed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients to ensure satisfaction
Train and mentor junior technicians
Maintain equipment and company vehicles in excellent working condition
Assist with scheduling, job site logistics, and client follow-ups as needed
Use technology for job site reporting
