About The Position

The Lead Web Engineer is responsible for the architecture and engineering of the presentation layer across all our brands' websites. This position collaborates cross-functionally to create a world-class responsive front-end, built using industry best practices, delivering highly interactive Web 2.0+ functionality.

Requirements

5 or more years of industry experience developing responsive reusable HTML for a CMS Req
Experience working in a development team environment with source-code management tools (e.g., TFS, Git, SVN) Req
Experience with front-end build systems (e.g., Gulp, Grunt, Webpack) and unit testing Req
Expert understanding of responsive web design, fluid layouts and positioning Req
Experience working with Adobe Photoshop Req
Master of web technologies, including HTML5, CSS3/SASS, CSS frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Flexbox), JavaScript and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React.js, jQuery, AngularJS, D3.js) and JSON
Knowledge of browser behavior and compatibility, cross-browser issues and solutions, and coding for Search Engine Optimization (Schema.org) and ADA compliance
Strong understanding of performance, cross-browser / cross-device implementation, testing and optimization
Ability to drive results through others.
