Requirements

Strong PHP (8.3) coding skills with deep knowledge of OOP principles.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
Advanced WordPress Framework (6.7.1) expertise.
Expertise in MySQL (8) database management.
Extensive experience with Ubuntu (24.04)/Nginx server administration.
Deep knowledge of caching systems (Redis, Memcached).
RESTful and GraphQL API development experience.
Advanced analytics platforms proficiency.
A/B testing and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) understanding.
Minimum 5 years of related professional web development experience.
A minimum of 5 years of experience monetizing websites.
Proven track record of effective people management, coaching, and technical leadership.
Proficiency in digital advertising technologies.
Website security expertise.
Social media marketing pixels implementation experience.
Cloud hosting services experience.
Proven track record of mobile-friendly development.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and maintenance of WordPress-based websites using custom themes and plugins.
Architect and implement custom WordPress functionality using PHP.
Oversee MySQL database management for data storage and retrieval.
Direct the configuration and maintenance of Ubuntu/Nginx servers.
Oversee the development of front-end features using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and Vue.js.
Establish standards and ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
Lead efforts to monitor and optimize site performance, SEO, Core Web Vitals, and web accessibility.
Lead the implementation and management of advertising integrations using Google Ad Manager and programmatic advertising.
Develop strategies to optimize ad placements for viewability and revenue generation.
Direct the integration of tracking pixels and advanced analytics tools.
Collaborate strategically with marketing teams on sponsored content and branded experiences.
Ensure seamless, high-quality web-to-app integrations.
Champion mobile-first development strategies and Progressive Web Apps (PWAs).
Manage mobile ad SDKs, push notifications, and authentication APIs.
Manage and report on the progress and status of several key development projects on a regular basis to stakeholders and the manager.
Lead integration of third-party APIs (social media, advertising, analytics).
Establish and maintain robust WordPress security through updates and vulnerability patching.
Direct implementation of caching and advanced performance optimization strategies.
Oversee version control and deployments using Git.
Drive and participate in Agile development processes.
