About The Position

Your role in our mission involves heading up technical teams and workstreams as you design, develop, test and install complex applications software — with server, client and web components. You will oversee relationships between application architects and developers to ensure design requirements result in flexible, reusable system components. Additionally, you will write highly complex design, coding and testing documentation that yields purpose-built technical products that meet real needs. As a Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will provide clients with technical consulting on highly complex projects by refining existing apps and designing new application modules and components. You will also mentor and guide less experienced application designers.

Requirements

  • 9+ years of hands-on experience in application development using C#, ASP.NET CORE & Razor Pages, SQL Server, Azure DevOps, HTML, CSS and .NET 4.8 Web Forms.
  • Proven ability to oversee and optimize high-traffic web sites and portals, particularly provider portals.
  • Strong background in consulting roles with the ability to transition into a Technical Functional Application Lead (TFAL) role.
  • Healthcare, Insurance, Provider and Medicaid experience is highly desired.
  • Proactive change agent, committed to driving process enhancements and code improvements.
  • Exceptional ability to engage and communicate effectively across multiple stakeholders.
