About The Position
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Wealth Underwriter to join the WIM Residential Real Estate Team, which partners with Wells Fargo Home Lending to provide Residential Mortgage Products for Wealth Clients. The Underwriter will be responsible for underwriting credit of high net worth clients and providing consultative support to the WIM sales team. This role requires a strong knowledge of consumer credit lending to HNW clients and expertise in evaluating cash flow and balance sheet profiles.
