Working at Wells Fargo | Jobs and Careers at Wells Fargo (wellsfargojobs.com) In this role, you will: Lead complex initiatives to develop new and manage existing High Net Worth client relationships with broad impact and act as key participant in large scale planning for Wealth Management Banking Work as part of a Wealth team that utilizes and integrated planning approached to recommend strategies that utilize Wells Fargo's individual and institutional capabilities to create, enhance, and maintain client wealth Review and analyze complex custom credit and deposit strategies and solutions to clients that require in depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors Utilize solid banking practices to strategize and advise clients on appropriate credit and deposit strategies and products and to manage complex customized credit portfolios Make decisions in banking practices to strategize and advise clients on appropriate credit and deposit strategies and products Manage complex customized credit portfolios requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures and compliance requirements that influence and lead broader work team to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and more experienced managers to resolve issues and achieve goals Interact with internal and external customers This SAFE position has customer contact and job duties which may include the offering/negotiating of terms and/or taking an application for a dwelling secured transaction. As such, this position requires compliance with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and all related regulations. Ongoing employment is contingent upon meeting all such requirements, including acceptable background investigation results. Individuals in a SAFE position also must meet the Loan Originator requirements under Regulation Z (LO) outlined in the job expectations below

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Wealth Management Banking experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Nice To Haves

  • FINRA registration including Series 7 and 66 (or FINRA recognized equivalents)
  • Experience working with UHNW clients
  • Excellent sales and relationship management skills
  • Strong knowledge of credit and cash management services
  • Excellent sales advisory and discovery skills
  • Knowledge of wealth management products and referral partnerships
