About The Position
The Warehouse Team Lead will supervise the outbound team to ensure all picked orders are shipped accurately and in a timely manner. This role involves coordinating day-to-day operations of the warehouse team, leading and directing staff, and ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures. The position reports directly to the Service Centre Operations Manager and plays a crucial role in maintaining productivity and safety within the warehouse.
