About The Position

The Warehouse Leader is responsible to safely and accurately perform all Forklift Operator duties in addition to leading day-to-day operations and covering for Shipping Manger in their absence. Position Specific Responsibilities: Adhere to all safety protocols Ensure all Warehouse Associates are present and assigned to their shift responsibilities Handle warehouse operations issues and escalate when necessary Lead training of new employees In conjunction with clerical staff, cover for Department Manager in their absence Other duties as assigned PLZ Corp offers a robust suite of benefits including: We promote from within/opportunity for advancement.
