Lead Warehouse Worker (Vail, CO, US)
About The Position

As a Warehouse Crew member, you will learn how to receive, organize, and deliver retail/rental or Food & Beverage goods to ensure our stores, restaurants and our guests have everything they need for the ultimate experience at our resorts.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience
- Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds along with other high physical demands - required.
- Must be able to stand for 8+ hours - required.
- Must be fluent in English - required.
- Must be able to work in adverse weather conditions - required.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays. - required.
- High school education or equivalent - required.
Responsibilities
- Completing physical and active tasks in an efficient manner to pick, pack and deliver goods
- Willingness to work with warehouse functions and tools - we'll train you!
- Lead with day-to-day operations
- Mentor and guide warehouse teammates
- Assists in the ongoing training of staff and provides any necessary feedback
- Work together with teammates to maintain safety standards
- Gain knowledge such as Retail / Rental / Food & Beverage operations
- May be required to assist other departments
- Other duties as assigned
