What This Role Really Is As Lead CVT, you will: Lead from the floor with confidence, competence, and consistency Balance independent decision-making with strong team collaboration Set clear expectations and hold team members accountable to protocols Support and train technicians, assistants, and kennel staff Address issues early, fairly, and professionally Participate in weekly leadership meetings with the Hospital Owner/Medical Director and Practice Manager Help shape workflow, scheduling, and daily efficiency Multitask effectively in a fast-paced, high-standard hospital This is a role for someone who sees what needs to be done — and does it. Clinical Responsibilities You will remain clinically active performing CVT duties, including: Anesthesia induction, monitoring, and recovery Surgical and dental assistance Advanced nursing care for ill and hospitalized patients Laboratory diagnostics and radiography Medication, vaccine, and fluid administration Client education and communication Oversight of logs, protocols, and medical record accuracy ? Attendance & Reliability (A Core Expectation) Excellent attendance and punctuality are essential.
