Main Mission As a Validation Engineer, you will be the driving force behind developing and strengthening our validation expertise. You’ll lead strategic projects, manage resources, and ensure that our validation processes meet the highest standards of quality and innovation. Your mission includes: Lead Validation Projects aligned with division targets and budgets Develop and share validation know-how across the business unit Manage validation tests, workload, and resources effectively Act as the key technical reference for validation methods and equipment

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with experience or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 3 years in validation, with direct customer interaction and cross-functional collaboration
  • Knowledge of plastics behavior and painting processes
  • Expertise in destructive and non-destructive testing
  • Strong understanding of statistics and data analysis
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and lead technical initiatives

Responsibilities

  • Be the voice of the validation métier during sourcing committees
  • Participate in supplier audits, qualification, and training to company standards
  • Define and upgrade validation standards, methods, and best practices
  • Drive HR-related activities for the métier: JD updates, skill matrix, training paths
  • Organize technical watch and lessons learned sessions
  • Pilot the execution of validation plans for customer projects and R&I initiatives
  • Define complexity levels and confirm project milestones
  • Develop and validate internal testing methods for new products and innovations
  • Manage test material flows, stock, and destruction within the lab
  • Specify and validate test fixtures and ensure proper integration
  • Analyze test results and propose corrective actions to ensure conformity
  • Apply and enforce EHS and 5S procedures in the lab
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
  • Ensure all laboratory procedures comply with industry standards
