About The Position

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Lead Valet to ensure all operations follow policies and procedures. They coordinate daily operations by delegating job assignments and providing guidance. A Lead provides supervision at an assigned location when the Manager is not present Pay: TBA The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. Requirements

  • 1 year of similar work experience
  • 1 year of customer service experience
  • 1 year of lead or supervisory experience
  • Must be 21 years of age
  • Must pass a background and MVR
  • Must be able to operate both standard and automatic transmissions
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

  • Any additional certifications, trainings needed by site type.
  • Follow assigned work schedules, route cards as directed. Report any barriers.
  • Provides leadership and direction to team members.
  • Provides open communication between field employees and management, monitors and documents client communications.
  • Assists with making daily and weekly work schedules
  • Oversee and perform operations in assigned area
  • Takes care of keys and access cards for the property
  • Reports damaged, broken and out of work features/items
  • Oversee and perform additional service requests (tag job) in assigned area
  • Provides training for all new hires assigned to the area in accordance with onboarding procedures.
  • Completes and validates any time records for regular or subcontractor employees.
  • Coordinate traffic flow
  • Communicate valet procedure, information and directions clearly and effectively with guests.
  • Understand and respond appropriately to basic customer and team member inquiries.
  • Monitor illegal parking, and immediately store vehicles.
  • Interact with guests in a friendly manner
  • Assist guests with loading and unloading
  • Collect and secure guest keys
  • Predict and communicate traffic flow peaks and lot issues
  • Identify and arrange for extra support for extended wait times.
  • Accurately tally and split the tip pool
  • Receive and receipt a variety of valet payments
  • Accurately reconcile and report daily revenue
  • Project currency and coin requirements and re-order as necessary.
  • Operate, park and retrieve all vehicles in a safe manner by obeying all traffic laws, Facility policies, and applicable pedestrian regulations.
  • Work in an outdoor unprotected environment in all climates for extended periods of time
  • Keep work area clean of debris.
