About The Position

The Lead Valet Parking Attendant is responsible for greeting guests, safely parking and retrieving vehicles, and ensuring an exceptional first impression for guests arriving at the property. This role plays a key part in Epic Valet’s service experience at high-profile locations across the Denver metro area. In addition to performing standard valet duties, the Lead Valet serves as the on-site team leader and primary point of contact for the client during assigned shifts, helping ensure smooth daily operations and consistent service standards. Responsibilities include safely parking and retrieving vehicles, assisting guests with belongings, supporting traffic flow, and processing parking transactions or handling cash and credit card payments when required. The Lead Valet also supports team coordination by providing guidance to valet attendants and stepping in to cover shifts or staffing needs when necessary to maintain operational continuity. Ideal candidates are energetic, dependable, and customer-focused, comfortable working in fast-paced, outdoor hospitality environments. Strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to handle luxury vehicles with care are essential. Compensation: Base hourly rate: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour plus tips (tipped position) (For Arapahoe County Englewood Location) Guaranteed to earn at least $17.00 per hour, including tips or more. Requirements

  • Minimum two years of driving experience
  • Valid United States driver’s license with at least two years of history
  • Clean driving record for the past five years (Motor Vehicle Record check required)
  • Ability to operate a variety of vehicles, including manual and automatic transmissions
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and in varying weather conditions
  • Personal smartphone with internet access for communication and clock-in/out purposes

Nice To Haves

  • Previous valet, hospitality, automotive, or customer service experience
  • Experience handling luxury vehicles
  • Cash handling or basic point-of-sale experience

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the client/property during assigned shifts
  • Support and guide valet attendants to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Monitor service flow, vehicle staging, and guest interactions
  • Communicate operational updates or issues to Epic Valet management
  • Help maintain team accountability for safety, professionalism, and service standards
  • Assist with training and mentoring new valet attendants
  • Step in to cover shifts or staffing gaps when operational needs require
  • Greet guests with a professional, friendly, and welcoming demeanor
  • Safely drive, park, and retrieve guest vehicles while running
  • Open vehicle and venue doors and assist guests with belongings
  • Maintain key organization and security following proper key tracking procedures
  • Perform basic vehicle condition checks and report concerns
  • Assist with traffic flow and vehicle staging
  • Maintain valet stand cleanliness and organization
  • Ensure the valet area presents a professional and organized appearance
  • Coordinate with team members to maintain operational flow
  • Assist with shift organization and communication
  • Support Epic Valet supervisors or management with operational needs
  • Work across multiple locations as assigned
