As a Lead UX Operations Manager, you will help drive adoption, awareness, and experimentation of emerging tools and technologies within the UX organization. You'll play a key role in operationalizing how UX collaborates across journeys and pyramid intersections by bringing GenAI into prioritization, pattern detection, opportunity framing, and storytelling that drives cross-functional collaboration and ways of working. You will partner with Product, Engineering, and UX leadership to build experimentation frameworks, scale best practices, and measure the impact of AI-driven efficiencies within design, research, and content practices. This role requires a deep understanding of the product development lifecycle, emerging AI capabilities, and how the two intersect across customer journeys and experiences.
