The Xfinity App Strategy team plays a pivotal role in shaping how millions of customers experience and interact with our products and services. As a Lead Designer, UX Strategy, you’ll define, evolve, and deliver the design frameworks and experience architecture that guide our app ecosystem. Reporting to the Director of App Strategy, you’ll operate as a senior individual contributor, driving strategic design direction and shaping the user experience through strong UX strategy, IA, and systems thinking. You’ll work closely with cross-functional partners across product, design, and engineering to create scalable frameworks, design principles, and interaction patterns that bring clarity and cohesion to complex digital experiences. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving strategic UX challenges, influencing design outcomes, and setting the foundation for a unified, customer-centered app experience. The GD Connected Experiences team is responsible for the Xfinity app, the centerpiece of the Xfinity eco-system and the primary way to communicate and build a relationship with our customers. We are distributed between Philadelphia (HQ) and London with a mix of remote employees.
