A Lead UX Designer plays a pivotal role in shaping user experiences for experience layer tooling for internal personas. Below is a detailed job description for this role: As a Lead UX Designer, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of user-centered experiences across multiple platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and leverage industry best practices to create cutting-edge solutions that enhance user satisfaction and drive business success. You will also act as a thought leader and advocate for design excellence within the organization. Design and optimize user experiences for sales and business operations teams across all platforms, utilizing various graphics software applications, techniques, and tools to ensure intuitive and seamless interactions. A Lead UX Designer ensures that the organization delivers exceptional user experiences that drive internal and/or external customer satisfaction and business growth. They act as a champion for design excellence and play a key role in shaping the future state experiences of sellers, operations and support teams, which in turn improves our customers' experiences and makes us effortless to do business with.
