About the Role Concord is seeking a UX Lead / UX Manager to support a large-scale, consumer-facing retail platform engagement. This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role focused on owning the UX roadmap for a major brand within a complex, multi-brand ecosystem. This role is not an individual contributor-only position. We are looking for someone who can lead UX strategy, manage and prioritize a UX backlog, support and unblock designers, and partner closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to ensure UX work is aligned to organizational goals and delivered effectively within Agile teams. As a consultancy, Concord values collaboration, clarity, and trust. You will work closely with cross-functional Concord teams and client stakeholders, reporting into UX leadership and supporting high-level UX vision while translating it into actionable, prioritized work for designers.
