About The Position

The Lead Uniforms Attendant supports the Supervisor in the effective coordination and execution of all uniform-related operations, ensuring seamless uniform distribution, maintenance, and compliance. Providing leadership and direction to the Seamstress and Uniform Attendants, maintaining operational continuity and high-quality service standards in the Supervisor's absence.

Requirements

  • Six (6) months as a Uniform Attendant
  • One (1) year lead or supervisory experience
  • Two (2) years of commercial seamstress experience
  • Proven computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook)

  • Knowledge of Invotech Software
  • Internal experience at Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel as a Uniform Attendant preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance and assist in the duties of the Uniform Attendants and Seamster/Seamstress.
  • Assist Uniform Manager in overseeing high-level productivity on all shifts.
  • Process and distribute proper uniforms to new and current team members.
  • Process garments for alterations and/or repair new and current usable uniforms for team members.
  • Assist with Seamstress duties during their absence.
  • Assist with Uniform Manager and Uniform Supervisor duties during their absence.
  • Enter all team member uniform data onto the computer, updating as needed.
  • Upload electronically signed documents to the department’s shared drive.
  • Assist with the distribution, cleaning, repair and disposal of uniforms from all departments and team members.
  • Process new uniforms into the system and process dirty uniforms for laundry or recycling.
  • Assist in monthly inventory, receiving, entering inventory, and inventory data entry for accounting purposes.
  • Assist with monthly physical inventory checks.
  • Oversee all bag searches on all conveyors.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
