We are seeking an experienced and passionate Lead User Experience Designer to join the team responsible for ensuring a seamless overall user experience across our product suite. The candidate will lead design for one or more cross-cutting areas of our suite that impact the overall user experience. We are passionate about building products at scale that help employers become great places to work. Join us! In this role, you work closely with product and engineering partners and key stakeholders to clearly identify the outcomes we hope to achieve, explore potential solutions for customer pain points, pitch concepts, create and present designs, and advocate for the user experience across the organization.
