Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 10+ years work experience
• Program management or strategy experience
• Collaborative mindset and strong ability to work with cross-functional teams and executives
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong problem-solving capabilities
• Deep functional expertise

Responsibilities

• Serve as functional 'expert' within the TMO for assigned workstreams
• Use your functional expertise to produce complex analyses for functional synergy strategies and tactics, ensuring your function is capturing value wherever possible
• Own end-to-end management of functional transformation initiatives, developing execution plans, ensuring milestones are documented and there is a solid plan to complete initiatives on-time
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, working with functional leadership to manage initiatives, ensuring they stay on track and milestones are completed against deadlines
• Assess execution risks, identify and implement mitigation strategies
• Drive process change and design new ways of working, ensuring your function is set up to deliver on Saks Global’s go-forward goals
• Collaborate on cross-functional initiatives, working with other TMO team members and functional workstream leads to drive initiatives to completion
• Lead core decision making by gathering pertinent information and drafting TMO point of view on key decisions
• Oversee synergy trackers and ensure they reflect current thinking
• Oversee creation and management of content for executive meetings to help drive visibility and facilitate decision making
• Mentor and lead a team of Senior Managers, Managers and Senior Analyst as applicable, providing guidance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
