As a Team Leader, you will be responsible to complete the below daily tasks for our team members and customers under the leadership of the Warehouse Supervisor.

Requirements

  • Excellent leadership skills and communication
  • Strong knowledge of logistics and inventory software.
  • Understanding of compliance regulations and safety procedures in warehouse settings.
  • Ability to train team members on various warehouse power equipment including but not limited to: forklifts and power jacks

  • Prolonged periods of walking through a cold warehouse environment below 34 degrees for up to 8 to 10 hours daily.
  • Ability to walk through warehouse for up to 8 to 10 hours per shift.
  • Must be able to maintain attention for long periods of time with constant interruptions
  • Ability to live over 15 to 40 lbs multiple times a day

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Operations Leadership to make sure all functions of the warehouse are completed
  • Assign work to warehouse associates to make certain company and customer standards of service, quality, safety, and productivity are met
  • Manage picking team by conducting audits regularly
  • Be able to multitask i.e., ensuring pickers are staying on task while also providing the line with necessary materials
  • Coach and provide feedback to warehouse associates as needed
  • Perform assigned projects as instructed
  • MUST be available to stay until end of day/work is completed
  • MUST have flexibility to work mandated overtime with 24–48-hour notice
